The expenses need to be education or classroom associated and all items need to stay with the classroom regardless of your tenure.
Please hold your receipts until you receive the reimbursement to ensure there is no misplacement.
If you would prefer to send your reimbursement voucher via email you may do so by emailing a picture of your receipt and the reimbursement voucher to: [email protected] or [email protected] or you can drop a hard copy in our safe under the mailboxes.

BVPC is always open to entertaining teacher, club and education opportunities and want to do our best to support them all. We just ask that you complete a proposal form (http://www.buttevistaparentclub.org/proposal-form.html) and visit a meeting to more clearly state the needs. A vote will be conducted at the following meeting about the fund usage.
